You will be responsible for managing a team who deliver a wide variety of transactional HR administrative tasks. You will also manage service delivery through a network of third party operational teams and technology. Looking after a team who provide full life-cycle administrative HR support for projects and innovative solutions to improve the processes and procedures.
The role will be responsible for driving improved business services and ways of working, along with upskilling of the teams. Operating at a strategic level you will also be involved in continuous improvement projects & utilisation of MI for the wider business.
Skills & Experience
• Experience and understanding of operating Shared Service Centres.
• Experience of managing projects.
• Good understanding of metrics and how to use data to drive continuous improvement.
• Understanding how the relationship with a 3rd party provider operates.
• Ability to manage multiple and competing demands
• Ability to make decisions whilst considering the impact to the department, firm and clients.
• Experience in an environment of continuous improvement and proven experience of leading process improvements
• Proven ability to lead, coach, motivate and manage a team to achieve the highest standards of performance and accuracy.
