We are seeking a talented individual to join our Bowring Marsh team at Marsh. This role will be based in Norwich. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
About the Role
Fantastic opportunity to provide support to existing London, Norwich and India based colleagues (including Client Executives) in servicing a large multinational, multi-product line portfolio of business. You will be tasked with improving client service through the early resolution of client accounting issues.
Responsibilities
* To review and propose solutions to resolve client accounting issues escalated from Marsh Operations involving Bowring Marsh Technicians and Brokers as appropriate
* To assist the Norwich Management team in providing MI on premium and revenue.
* To understand & ease payment situations and/or to provide MI
* Prepare premium calculations for Bowring Marsh clients
* Set and achieve specific goals as evidenced Workday
Qualifications
What you need to have:
* Solid numeracy skills, together with a good working knowledge of MS Excel
* Strong attention to detail with a methodical and conscientious approach
* Planning and organisational skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure
* Quick to take on-board new information, which is technical in nature.
* Ability to cope with cyclical nature of the business
