We’re recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to earn £25,087 per annum. You’ll handle inbound calls supporting customers with sales, billing, and basic technical queries, resolving issues quickly while delivering excellent service.

Customer Service Advisor roles:
Inbound Sales Advisor – Handling new and existing customer enquiries, selling SIM and broadband products, and supporting customer retention through contract and pricing discussions.
Inbound Billing Guide – Managing billing enquiries, processing payments, resolving discrepancies, and setting up payment arrangements while delivering strong first-call resolution.
Inbound Tech Guide – Providing frontline technical support for broadband and related products, troubleshooting connectivity and device issues, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
All roles focus on delivering excellent service, resolving queries efficiently, and meeting key performance targets.
Customer Service Advisor pay:
£25,087 per annum - with a pay rise after 6 months in the business
