We are seeking a passionate and dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and supportive Early Years team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young children, helping them to develop a love for learning during their formative years.

Salary: £13.75 - £14.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and creative learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework.
- Provide individual and small-group support to pupils, promoting confidence, independence, and curiosity.
- Help to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.
- Assist with the preparation of resources, activities, and displays.
- Observe, record, and contribute to children’s progress and development.
- Support with care routines and ensure safeguarding and welfare are at the heart of everything you do.
About You:
We are looking for someone who is:
- Enthusiastic, caring, and committed to supporting young children’s learning and development.
- Able to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
- Patient, flexible, and adaptable to meet the varying needs of children.
- Ideally qualified to Level 2/3 in Childcare/Early Years Education (or working towards this).
- Experienced in an EYFS or primary setting (desirable, but not essential for the right candidate).
