Job Summary:The Recruitment Administrator will support the HR department in managing the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates, and hiring managers. This role is ideal for someone with excellent organisational skills, recruitment experience and a passion for human resources.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the creation and posting of job advertisements on various platforms.
* Screen applications to identify suitable candidates.
* Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
* Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
* Communicate with candidates regarding their application status and interview details.
* Assist in the preparation of recruitment reports and metrics.
* Support the HR team with other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in a recruitment or administrative role is essential.
