What You'll Be Doing:
* Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups across Primary, Secondary, or Post-16
* Helping children with communication, social development, and learning routines
* Assisting with personal care (where needed) and promoting independence
* Encouraging engagement through visuals, sensory tools, and structured activities
What We're Looking For:
* A calm, caring presence and a great sense of humour
* Any experience with autism, SEND, or behaviour support (personal or professional)
* Full-time availability, Monday to Friday, term time
* Willingness to get involved and be a reliable part of the classroom team
