Job Description Summary As the Pharmaceutical Diagnostics International Supply Chain Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring financial integrity and operational excellence across the global supply chain for the Pharmaceutical Diagnostics segment of GE HealthCare. This role focuses on technical accounting, internal controls, and compliance within supply chain operations, while driving process simplification and supporting strategic decision-making. You will act as a key business partner to supply chain leadership, managing multiple stakeholders and priorities in a dynamic, international environment. Job Description Responsibilities Financial Oversight & Controls Maintain and enhance internal controls over financial reporting specific to supply chain operations, including inventory valuation and fixed assets. Ensure compliance with accounting policies, SOX requirements, and global financial standards across the supply chain. Design and implement financial controls in new supply chain processes and regions as needed. Operational Excellence & Process Improvement Lead initiatives to simplify and standardize supply chain financial processes, improving efficiency and accuracy in reporting. Partner with supply chain operations to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve working capital management. Systems & Data Expertise Serve as the controllership expert for supply chain-related financial systems and ERP platforms. Support the implementation and optimization of new systems, ensuring accurate data integration and reporting capabilities. Strategic Business Partnering Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, logistics, and finance teams to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives. Influence decision-making through data-driven analysis and scenario modeling. Leadership & Influence Lead and manage a remote team, ensuring effective collaboration across time zones and cultures. Foster a cohesive team environment while driving performance and accountability in a remote, international setting. Act as a mentor and resource for less experienced colleagues in finance and supply chain. Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects. Communicate complex financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders. Qualifications Significant experience in finance and operational controllership, with a strong focus on supply chain environments. Knowledge level equivalent to a Master’s degree from an accredited university or college (or equivalent experience). Desired Skills Strong oral and written communication skills. Proven ability to analyze and resolve complex problems in a global supply chain context. Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional project management. Experience with ERP systems and supply chain financial reporting tools. Ability to influence and build consensus across diverse teams and geographies.
