Salary Grade: NJC Scale 3 - 4
Actual Starting Salary: £26,109.53 per annum pro rata
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday, term time only
Contract: Permanent
Start Date: September 2025

Our Story
The Bridge Trust is a unique Multi Academy Trust comprising five special schools, two mainstream primary schools, a Training & Development Service, and an Outreach Service. We have a no-exclusions policy and seek a positive, creative, nurturing, and proactive practitioner to support some of our children who need it most.
We are recruiting a Teaching Assistant for inclusion support at Hungerford Primary School, to support learning activities in line with school policies and guidance.
