Senior Ansible Automation Platform Architect (Contract)
We’re looking for a Senior AAP Architect/Engineer to lead enterprise automation platform transformation across complex hybrid environments.
Remote (Europe – UK preferred)
Contract until end of 2026
Key Focus Areas:
* AAP lifecycle management (1.x → 2.6) & multi-cluster Automation Mesh design
* OpenShift & containerised AAP (Operator-based deployments)
* Event-Driven Ansible (EDA) & Private Automation Hub (PAH)
* Modernising and securing large-scale Ansible playbooks
* Enterprise integration across RHEL, Windows, CI/CD & CMDB tooling
* Platform security, RBAC, auditing & compliance
* RHEL 8 → 9 upgrades, PostgreSQL migrations & platform modernisation
What we need:
* Strong hands-on experience with Red Hat AAP (Ansible or Ansible Automation Platform) & OpenShift
* Proven track record in enterprise migrations and architecture
* Expertise across automation, infrastructure, and security
