Job Title: Cleaner
Rate of Pay: £12.21 per hour
Hours: 20 per week
Contract: Permanent (Part Time)
Location: Brentwood Community Hospital, Crescent Drive, Brentwood, Essex, England, CM15 8DR
Responsibilities
* Deliver excellent service of routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer and ensure the contract service delivery is of a high standard and meets all SLA agreements while adhering to the cleaning schedules.
* Ensure the hospital has a reputation for high-quality soft services and seek opportunities to develop this further.
* Build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, deliver excellent customer service and seek ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.
* Adhere to all Mitie Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures.
* Work to own initiative where appropriate; be reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.
* Be able to work to a schedule, be a team player and strive for continuous improvements in service delivery.
Qualifications
* Cleaning experience preferred, though training can be provided.
* Full working knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials and approved chemicals used by Mitie.
