Key Objectives
Support daily HR operations and administrative functions.
Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases.
Facilitate communication between HR, employees, and management.
Contribute to recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
Responsibilities
Manage and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist with recruitment tasks including scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications.
Support onboarding processes by preparing new hire documentation and facilitating orientation sessions.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.
Prepare HR reports and assist with compliance audits as needed.
Collaborate with HR team members to improve processes and enhance employee satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with HRIS systems.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
