Job Description
1. Organize and schedule meetings
2. Screen, direct and prioritize incoming calls
3. Prepare correspondence, and revisions and edits to documents
4. Copying, scanning, filing and mailing/shipping
5. Provide follow up on open items and deadlines
6. Organize, file and maintain documents and folders
7. Provide back-up for Executive Assistant and Administration team
8. Coordinate distribution of sports tickets and other administrative tasks
9. Other tasks as requested

The Successful Applicant
10. Bachelor's degree preferred
11. Minimum of 5 years executive or legal assistant experience
12. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
13. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
14. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
15. Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment
16. Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications with the ability to learn new or updated software
17. Superior interpersonal skills
18. NYS Notary license preferred
