A leading FE College in London is seeking an experienced and ambitious Curriculum Manager- Plumbing to take ownership of a key curriculum area within its construction provision.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an established Plumbing Team Leader or experienced Lecturer ready to step into a management role and drive forward quality, performance, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage Plumbing provision across Level 1-3 programmes
* Drive excellence in teaching, learning, and assessment
* Oversee curriculum planning, staffing, timetabling, and resources
* Monitor learner progress, achievement, and retention, implementing improvement strategies
* Lead on quality assurance processes and Ofsted readiness
* Build strong employer partnerships to ensure industry-relevant delivery
Requirements
* Level 3 qualification in Plumbing
* Teaching qualification (or working towards)
* Proven experience delivering within Further Education
* Strong understanding of FE quality frameworks and performance metrics
* Leadership or management experience within a curriculum setting
