Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full graduate recruitment lifecycle, from application screening to assessment centres and onboarding.
* Build strong relationships with universities and external partners to enhance employer brand visibility.
* Organise and deliver engaging events and presentations to attract top-tier candidates.
* Provide exceptional candidate care throughout the recruitment process.
* Analyse recruitment data and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
* Previous experience in graduate recruitment or early careers talent acquisition, ideally within professional services.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
