Role
As a Private Client Associate Director, you will take a strategic lead in managing complex client relationships and overseeing high-quality advisory and compliance projects. Based in the North region, you will guide a team of tax professionals, ensuring delivery within deadlines and budget. Your role will be vital in developing new business opportunities and supporting the organisation's continued growth ambitions. You will also collaborate closely with your peers sharing technical expertise and drive team development.
Lead and manage a portfolio of private client tax advisory and compliance work.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Oversee the delivery of technical projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Support business development initiatives and help grow the client base.
Coach and develop junior team members through training, feedback and supervision.
Collaborate with other departments to identify wider client opportunities.
Ideal profile
Role
A motivated tax professional with a strong background in private client services, ready to take on a leadership role. Our client needs individuals who:
Hold CTA and/or ACA qualification..
Demonstrate a strong track record in private client tax advisory and compliance.
Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead projects.
Strong technical knowledge of UK tax legislation affecting private clients, trusts, and estates.
Experience in managing a team of professionals and delivering advisory projects on time.
