Are you passionate about supporting our clients on their journey to recovery? We are currently looking for two highly motivated and committed Waking Night Support Workers to join the West London Women's Service. Based in our 24-hour assessment hub you will be supporting 9 women with complex needs onsite and 11 housed in semi-independent training flats nearby. The service provides accommodation and support to women with complex needs in a recovery focused way. We work collaboratively with clients in a safe and supportive environment in developing goals, plans and strategies to better manage their mental health, substance misuse and find a long-term solution to their homelessness. This role will be working on a shift pattern as follows; Monday - Thursday: 9pm - 8:30am Friday: 9pm - 9am Saturday - Sunday: 8pm - 9am ?As a Night Worker in this service, you will be required to lone work. About you To succeed, you will have an understanding of the needs and support requirements of women with complex needs. You’ll also have the ability to establish an effective working relationship with clients, be client centred and possess an understanding of the issues that affect vulnerable women. To succeed in this role you will have experience or a good working knowledge of dealing directly with the public in a busy environment.
