You'll play a vital role behind the scenes, keeping the sales engine running by supporting reps, managing data, liaising with customers, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. ️ What You'll Be Doing * Support the Sales Team: Prepare proposals, presentations, and contract documents. * Customer Focus: Handle queries, share info, and help resolve any issues that pop up. * Keep Things Moving: Process sales orders, track deliveries, and assist with invoicing. * Manage the CRM: Keep customer records up to date and squeaky clean. * Reporting: Pull together sales figures and performance metrics to help guide decisions. * Team Coordination: Work closely with marketing, finance, and ops to keep everything aligned and on schedule. Who You Are * 1-3 years' experience in sales support, admin, or customer service. * Super comfortable using CRMs, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and picking up new systems. * A brilliant communicator - clear, concise, and confident in tone. * Highly organised, with a real eye for detail (you notice the small stuff). * Proactive, friendly, and a natural problem-solver. * Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves working as part of a team.
