The successful candidate will lead financial support for subsidiary managing directors and boards. This is a key role within the Financial Reporting team, offering the opportunity to influence decision-making, drive value for money, and ensure robust financial governance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide high-level financial guidance to subsidiary leadership teams.
2. Lead on management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls.
3. Deliver statutory accounts and regulatory returns.
4. Support decision-making through scenario planning, KPI analysis, and benchmarking.
5. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
6. Represent the organisation at board level and with external stakeholders.
About You:
You’ll be a qualified accountant with:
7. Experience in management and statutory reporting within a complex group structure.
8. Strong knowledge of FRS 102 and financial systems.
9. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
10. Proven ability to lead teams and manage performance.
11. A proactive, collaborative, and innovative approach to problem-solving.
