We are recruiting a Health Care Assistant for our Outpatients Department. The role is full time, with flexible working considered.
The successful candidate will join a highly committed healthcare team, delivering safe, caring, locally engaged, efficient and innovative patient-centred care under the supervision of qualified staff.
All new starters will receive a period of supernumerary practice and will be supported to complete the Care Certificate training programme if not already completed. The role includes assistance with patient care duties and opportunities for professional development.
Candidates who have previously applied for a Healthcare Assistant role with The Royal Orthopaedic Hospital within the last six months need not re-apply.
Candidates who are shortlisted will be invited to an assessment day, involving numeracy and literacy tests followed by an interview if the required marks are achieved.
