Are you a vigilant and dedicated professional looking for a rewarding career in security? In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring premises, conducting patrols, responding to incidents, and ensuring that security protocols are upheld at all times. About the Role:
As a Security Safety Support Officer, you will be responsible for:
1. Welcoming staff and visitors and creating a safe, professional atmosphere
2. Conducting regular patrols and monitor premises to prevent unauthorised access, theft, or vandalism.
3. Monitoring access points, CCTV, and handling security procedures
4. Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents, taking appropriate action as needed.
5. Complete detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, and any security concerns.
6. Assist in emergency situations, including evacuations and first aid support if required.
7. Adapting to different client sites – no two days are the same
8. Responding calmly and confidently to incidents or concerns
9. Working as part of a diverse, supportive team
10. Preventing unauthorised people from entering locations, direct emergency vehicles and crowd control. You will also be driving a 4x4 vehicle in rural locations. Please note “due to insurance policies we are only able to accept applications from people aged 22 and over and have been driving for a minimum of 2 years.

What we are looking for:
21. Full UK drivers licence
22. To hold a current DS SIA Licence
23. First Aid
24. Proven experience in a security role or a similar position.
25. Strong observational skills with the ability to identify and respond to security threats.
26. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff, visitors, and authorities.
27. Ability to remain calm and act decisively in high-pressure situations.
28. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
