Summary of our role
As the Office Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our new Manchester office - the go to person who ensures everything runs smoothly, professionally, and with a touch of warmth. Reporting to the Head of Facilities, this role blends front-of-house hospitality with behind the-scenes operational excellence. You’ll be instrumental in creating a welcoming, safe, and efficient workplace that reflects our culture and values.
What You Can Expect to Be Doing:
* Reception & Front-of-House Duties: Greeting visitors and staff with professionalism, managing calls and deliveries, and coordinating meeting room bookings.
* Facilities Management: Overseeing the day-to-day running of the office, liaising with contractors, managing supplies, and supporting health and safety compliance.
* Operational Excellence: Handling financial processes, maintaining high standards of delivery, and continuously seeking ways to improve office operations.
* Team Collaboration: Working closely with the Facilities team and wider agency departments, building strong relationships, and fostering a positive working atmosphere.
* Agency Engagement: Championing the goals of Havas Lynx, promoting the Facilities team’s value, and understanding the needs of different departments.
* Self-Development: Actively pursuing training opportunities and engaging in regular performance reviews.
