What youll do:?
We are looking for an ambitious and motivated individual to join ALS Training as aTraining Advisor. In this role, youll recruit, retain, and support a caseload of learners throughout their learning journeyhelping them achieve their qualifications in line with performance targets and quality standards.
You will build strong relationships with both learners and employers, ensuring every learner completes their qualification within the expected timeframe and to the required standards. Youll specifically support Apprentices working towards theInsurance Apprenticeship pathway.
This is afield-based rolewithin ourDelivery Team, reporting to the Team Manager.
Training and support will be provided to help you achieve yourAssessor qualification, with a salary increase of£1,000 per annumupon completion.
If you hold aLevel 4 or Level 7 qualification in Insurance, we can offer amarket uplift.
