Job Responsibilities
1. Achieve the best possible outcomes for patients through effective management, ordering, receiving, maintaining, and supplying medicines and pharmaceutical products, in accordance with legal and regulatory standards.
2. Provide person-centred health advice to all patients, whether on prescription or over the counter, and refer them to other healthcare professionals when appropriate.
3. Support the management of daily pharmacy operations, including clinical governance, business processes, and supervise other pharmacy staff.
4. Provide training to pharmacy and healthcare team members, including new staff.
5. Maintain quality service through regular auditing, evaluation, and responding to feedback.
6. Gain a nationally recognised Level 3 qualification, equivalent to A levels, enabling registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) as a Pharmacy Technician.

Salary: £7.55 per hour or minimum wage for your age group.
