As part of this role, you'll be responsible for driving learning excellence across our North and Central regions, coaching and developing our partners to grow their own careers, as well as the careers of the partners they lead. You'll work shoulder to shoulder with the regional operations manager, district managers and HRBP to deliver learning excellence in all of our stores. Through coaching, guiding and advising you'll create a culture of self-sustaining learning whilst you lead and mentor our manager development coaches (MDCs) across the regions you're supporting driving the learning KPIs. We'll look to you to bring your previous experience of designing and implementing learning programmes in a matrixed, multi-site retail or hospitality business. You'll be used to working collaboratively across HR and operations with proven experience of coaching at store manager and district manager level. You'll be experienced in facilitation, presenting and conducting training needs analysis, as well as tracking and measuring learning KPIs. It would be great if you're an Insights practitioner, but this isn't essential. The best part about this role is that no two days are ever the same!
