Are you ready to transform data into actionable insights and help shape strategic decisions? We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our dynamic EMENA team. Reporting to the Head of Finance EMENA, you’ll collect, analyse, and present complex datasets to empower business leaders across sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
What You'll Do:
1. Provide timely, accurate analysis using SAP B1 & CRM
2. Evaluate performance against KPIs and support quarterly commission calculations
3. Ensure data accuracy and integrity while driving best practices across business processes
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead initiatives to develop, automate and streamline reporting
5. Enjoy a hybrid working model: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home
What You Bring:
6. Demonstrableexperience in business analysis or similar roles, ideally in fast-paced environments
7. Experience and understanding of Power-BI
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced) and Power BI (advanced)
9. Experience with SAP B1 and data visualization tools
10. Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
11. Degree in a business-related field desirable
