Job Title: Occupational Therapist - Community Based
Location: East Riding of Yorkshire
Pay Rate: £33 per hour

What will your responsibilities be?
Conduct comprehensive assessments for individuals with complex physical, cognitive, or social needs
Recommend and implement appropriate aids and adaptations to promote independence and safety
Collaborate with service users, carers, and multidisciplinary professionals to develop tailored, person-centred support plans
Deliver high-quality care in a community setting, ensuring dignity, respect, and empowerment at every stepQualifications & Experience:
Qualified Occupational Therapist with current HCPC registration
Proven experience in community-based work, particularly with aids and adaptations
Strong understanding of complex health and social care conditions
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
