What is the role?
As a Support Worker, you’ll assist several individuals in their own home, each day with a wide range of daily activities, from shopping and cooking to attending medical appointments, social events, and engaging in hobbies.
You’ll play a key role in empowering people to set, pursue, and achieve their personal goals, working as part of a supportive and rewarding team.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting individuals to lead fulfilling everyday lives
* Providing assistance and reminders with medication
* Preparing and helping with meals
* Accompanying clients to social activities and appointments
* Offering emotional and social support
* Assisting with shopping and household tasks such as laundry and general housekeeping

What are the pay and benefits?
* An hourly rate of £12.75 making the annual salary £24,531.60 (FTE)
