Role Description
As a Contract Supervisor, you'll plan and manage the day to day activities of a team of multi-disciplined trades and subcontractors, ensuring they deliver a safe, quality and value-for-money maintenance service. You'll ensure all works are completed to a high standard, working with the client to agree scopes and specifications to be delivered within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
You'll perform regular work in progress and post-work inspections, audit worksheets and manage productivity. You'll work with the Helpdesk to ensure works are scheduled and booked in within SLA. You'll support the management of compliance, absence and performance, recruitment, ongoing training and development, client relationships and delivering our core values; Excellence, Passion, Integrity and Teamwork.
With a focus on delivering a great customer experience, you'll work with your team to ensure a high level of quality assurance and drive continuous improvement. When complaints occur, a full investigation is carried out to resolve matters quickly, taking the right action to reduce complaints in the future, improve quality, and increase customer satisfaction. You'll also ensure works are carried out in line with best value, taking responsibility for costs within your team.
You'll have a strong technical background in providing maintenance services in a supervisory position. Previous experience of managing Damp & Mould, Disrepairs, Drainage, Voids or a Response in a Social Housing environment would be advantageous.
You will be a confident communicator who remains professional and calm under pressure. To succeed in this role, you'll be results-driven to meet/exceed targets and continually improve our service. You'll have competent IT skills, strong organisation skills and the ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
Qualifications & Experience
* Strong technical background in a maintenance service role, supervisory experience preferred
* Experience in Damp & Mould, Disrepairs, Drainage, Voids or Response in a Social Housing environment
* Clear communication, professionalism, and ability to work under pressure
* IT literacy, organizational skills, and adaptability to a fast-moving environment
