We have a new exciting opportunity come up for a Receptionist to join us at Daish's Hotels!
Offering a competitive salary of up to £12.50 per hour after a 3 month probation period. We also offer continuous all year-round employment – we don’t close for the winter months! You also get £50 once you have completed basic Daish's training and if you refer a friend, you'll split £100!
Hours include evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

We are looking for a new receptionist to join our front of house team. This is a customer facing role and you will be the first and last contact with our guests so we rely on you to be a happy face and make a good impression. Guest care is paramount and we pride ourselves on delivering fantastic service.
Skills and capabilities to add to the blend:
1. Undertake front of house duties, including meeting, greeting and attending to the needs of guests to ensure a superb customer service experience
2. To build a good rapport with all guests and resolve any complaints or issues quickly to maintain high quality customer service
3. To deal with guest requests to ensure a comfortable stay
4. To assist in keeping the hotel reception area clean and tidy
5. Undertake general office duties, including monitoring and responding to emails, filing, general telephone and switchboard duties as appropriate.
6. Assist in other hotel areas if needed
