HMICFRS recently graded us as ‘Good’ across ten of the eleven assessment areas and we have a strong ambition to be an ‘Outstanding’ Service as part of our continuous improvement. If you think you have what it takes to be part of this exciting journey, then we would love to hear from you. If you would like an informal, confidential conversation about the role and opportunities in NFRS, then please arrange this with Assistant Chief Fire Officer, Damien West by emailing
We are proud to be an equal opportunities’ and ‘Disability Confident’ employer, and we are committed to increasing the diversity of our management team. We welcome applications from all parts of our communities and particularly those who are currently under-represented in our workforce.
