What will you do as part of your role? Carry out joinery repairs, installations, and maintenance. Complete additional maintenance tasks within your skillset to ensure effective service delivery. Provide exceptional customer service to our tenants. Work to complete tasks efficiently and to a high standard, aiming for ‘right first time’ outcomes. Adhere to safe working practices at all times. Maintain accurate records of work completed. Collaborate with colleagues across the Housing Maintenance and Asset Management Business Unit to achieve consistently excellent results. We are looking for candidates who: Have experience in joinery works, including installations, repairs, and maintenance, in both domestic and commercial settings. Hold a City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 certificate in Joinery or an equivalent qualification. Possess a full driving licence due to the nature of the role.
