Payroll Administrator

Requisition ID: 9480

Location: Amey, The Matchworks, Unit 2-6, 142 Speke Rd, Garston, Liverpool L19 2PH or one of our Area 7 Depots.

Employment type: Full-time
Hours: Monday – Friday 37.5 hours per week.


What You’ll Do

* Ensuring employees are paid accurately and that the payroll team receives correct inputs on time daily.
* Managing large volumes of payroll data.
* Processing all employees’ variable pay in accordance with their terms & conditions of employment.
* Liaising with depot supervisors to resolve pay queries.
* Ensuring pay queries are resolved within a strict timeframe and to the satisfaction of all parties.
* Providing the contracts we serve with a reliable, day‑to‑day service by pooling resources and working well as a team.
* Transcribing payroll data into a loadable format in line with our payroll process.

What You’ll Bring

* Experienced administrator.
* Experience with SAP highly desirable.
* Strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft applications.
* Team player capable of independent work.
* Excellent communication skills.
