Reliability Manager

POSITION SUMMARY:
Join Alexander Dennis as our new Reliability Manager to improve the reliability of our vehicles. This role will help to strengthen, focus and coordinate efforts and resources in improving reliability as measured through uptime and number of VORs.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
1. Develop cohesive Reliability strategy to improve uptime and reduce VORs
2. Link VORs, RQIs and campaigns into one single system
3. Improve feedback system from Service into AD organisation for resolution of VORs
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
4. Expert knowledge of web-based systems and MS Office applications
5. Work experience in engineering and quality is preferred.
6. Must be able to travel between AD sites as and when required.
7. Excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills.
8. You will preferably have a post-secondary education within the Quality or Engineering field.
9. Advanced Excel Skills to interrogate and manage large volumes of data
