Job Title: UX Researcher

Description
A leading global technology organisation within the Reality Labs domain is seeking a UX Researcher to support product teams in delivering user-centred solutions. This contingent role provides the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional partners, conduct impactful research, and deliver actionable insights that inform product development.
Responsibilities
* Drive end-to-end research projects, from scoping to analysis.
* Design and execute qualitative user research studies to inform product decisions.
* Analyse research data and synthesise findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
* Run usability testing programmes in close collaboration with other UX Researchers.
* Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to integrate user insights into the development process.
* Present research findings to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience conducting user research in a technology or product-focused environment.
* Proficiency in a range of research methodologies (e.g., interviews, usability testing, concept evaluation).
* Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Must be authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
