The Clinical Deputy Manager will: Oversee all aspects of clinical care, ensuring high standards of care and safety. Lead clinical quality control systems and coach staff to meet quality standards. Support the Manager in managing financial, human, and material resources efficiently. Inspire and motivate the clinical staff team and support a positive culture.

The ideal Clinical Deputy Manager will have: A qualification as a nurse, either RMN or RGN, with an active NMC pin. A thorough understanding of the five guiding principles of first-class care. Experience at a supervisory level, ideally within a nursing home setting. If you're experienced in roles such as Home Manager, Deputy Home Manager, Nurse Manager, Clinical Lead, or Senior Nurse, this Clinical Deputy Manager position could be perfect for you.
