Are you a patient, nurturing and enthusiastic individual with a passion for supporting children with autism in their early learning journey?
A warm and inclusive small primary school in Kilburn is looking to appoint a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support children with autism in a Reception class, starting September 2025. This is a full-time, term-time only position on a one-year fixed contract, with the strong possibility of becoming a permanent role.
The Role
* Provide 1:1 and small group support for children with autism within the EYFS setting
* Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored interventions and strategies
* Help create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment
* Support children's social, emotional and communication development

* Experience working with children with autism and/or in an EYFS setting

* Strong communication and teamwork skills
