Overview
We are looking for confident and adaptable Cover Supervisors to join our team and support secondary schools across Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or anyone passionate about working with young people and gaining valuable classroom experience.
Responsibilities
* Supervise classes in the absence of the teacher.
* Ensure students stay on task with pre-set work.
* Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
* Support pupils in a positive and professional manner.
* Provide feedback to teaching staff after lessons.
What We're Looking For
* Strong communication and classroom management skills.
* Confidence to lead groups of young people.
* A flexible and proactive approach.
* Experience in education or working with young people (desirable, not essential).
