Whether you're a recent graduate or have some early career experience, we’d love to hear from you! You will assist in the financial and contractual management of our luxury fit-out projects, supporting their successful delivery from pre-construction through to final account. Key Responsibilities (for Junior Level) * Assist with the preparation of cost plans, estimates, and tender submissions * Support the evaluation and management of subcontractor and supplier packages * Help carry out valuations and manage interim applications for payment * Monitor project costs and provide detailed reporting to senior management * Assist with contract administration and procurement processes * Help identify and manage variations, claims, and risk items * Collaborate with project teams, clients, and consultants to ensure budgetary goals are met Requirements * A relevant degree or qualifications in Quantity Surveying or a related field * Some experience in construction, ideally with exposure to high-end fit-out or interior projects (though we are happy to consider graduates) * Strong analytical and numerical skills * Good communication skills and a commercial mindset * Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment * Familiarity with construction contracts and cost control processes (desirable, but not essential) * Full UK driving licence (preferred) Join Us If you're starting your Quantity Surveying career and want to develop in a dynamic and supportive environment, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow with a respected company.
