Civil Enforcement Officer needed in Harlow Paying £15.97 per hr ref 21671 Full time hours on a temporary basis Key Responsibilities Patrol and enforce parking regulations across designated areas to ensure safe, effective parking management. Issue Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) in line with legislation, procedures and traffic orders. Attend adjudication hearings or court as required to present evidence. Report defects such as damaged lines, signs or equipment to the Operations Manager promptly. Maintain all equipment in good working order, including handheld devices and uniforms. Follow Health & Safety procedures at all times, including relevant risk assessments. Read and respond to internal and external communications as needed. Support colleagues positively and uphold the organisation’s staff charter and values. Ensure full compliance with data protection policies to handle personal data safely and securely. Contribute to consistent and high‑quality service delivery by following all corporate policies.
