Availability
Availability Window: Days From time To time. Sun 17:00:00 – 21:00:00; Wed 18:00:00 – 22:00:00; Thu 18:00:00 – 22:00:00; Sat 18:00:00 – 22:00:00. We will schedule contracted hours within these times with three weeks’ notice for exact shifts. We support flexibility; if your available times closely match but are not exact, we’d still love to hear from you.
Pay Our Customer Delivery Driver rate of pay starts from £13.35 per hour; this increases to £14.56 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.
Minimum hours: new colleagues joining us are offered a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week. You may also work a minimum of 12 hours if preferred.

Your responsibilities
You will deliver your part of the customer shopping trip by:
* Keeping the van and trays clean, tidy, and organised
* Leaving the delivery area tidy and picking up litter as needed
* Washing trays as part of the tray wash process
* Loading the van and checking its roadworthiness
* Discussing substitutions or changes with customers and offering refunds if needed
* Handling products with care as if they were your own
* If substitutions occur, informing customers they will not be charged extra
* Delivering within the customer time slot
* Calling the customer if arriving early
* Calling the store if running 30 minutes or more late
You will need
* Build relationships with colleagues to create team spirit
* Be warm and welcoming in interactions with customers and colleagues
* Respond quickly to changing customer needs and embrace change
* Be energetic and driven to deliver beyond expectations
* Share ideas with management to improve the store for customers
* Hold a valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence (full or automatic) for at least 12 months with no more than 3 penalty points
