About the role
We are seeking a MIS Manager & Data Analyst to join our friendly and professional school.
The successful candidate will:
1. Oversee and manage the use of our MIS (Management Information System) and other school databases, supporting staff with curriculum and assessment modules, including third-party software such as SISRA and Parents' Evening Booking Systems.
2. Manage the collection and coordination of all data within the school, including student data, parent data, assessments, and examination performance.
3. Handle parent-facing reports, updating them periodically as needed.
4. Support Course Managers and Progress Leaders in providing effective reporting to students.
5. Analyze data and prepare reports for staff, senior management, the Local Advisory Board, Local Authority, and Department for Education as required.
6. Promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young people in accordance with our Safeguarding and Child Protection policies.
