About the opportunity
As a Private Client Solicitor, you will join the firm’s well‑established private client team, contributing to the administration of complex estates, including agricultural, business, cross‑border assets, and intestate estates. Your responsibilities will include managing all aspects of estate administration, preparing inheritance tax documentation, advising on tax mitigation, and creating and managing trusts. You will work closely with clients and their families, providing expert advice on capital tax planning, wills, powers of attorney, and later‑life planning. The role offers exposure to high‑value, technical work in a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth.
About you
* Qualified Private Client Solicitor with at least 4years’ PQE
* Experience in estate administration, tax planning, and trust work
* Strong academic background and excellent attention to detail
* Ability to handle a varied caseload with prioritisation skills
* Outstanding communication and collaborative skills
* STEP membership is advantageous but not essential
