The Role – Mobile Security Supervisor including Gatehouse AM Services Group is looking for an experienced, hardworking, and enthusiastic Mobile Security Supervisor to manager our security teams across the North of England. This is a Full-Time Permanent Role – Working 12hr shifts – 4 on 4 off on Days, but will be tasked on some shifts to assist the Senior Account Manager with day to day running of the business including (interviews, external site visits, logistics) – Comes with electric company car, laptop and mobile phone. You may also be required to work days off on occasion, but will be paid hourly rate for any extra covered. Duties/Key Responsibilities To provide professional security services to our client, maintaining the security and safety of their premises and people by ways of monitoring, patrolling and surveying the building and their assets. The majority of time will be spent on site covering gatehouse, but will be required to assist in visits and assist in the operational running of other sites across the North of England. Support the Senior Account Manager with the people management of on-site employees including interviewing new staff Ensuring an accurate, effective, and consistent approach to people management in areas such as sickness and attendance, holiday management performance Conduct standards and rotas, ensuring company policies, procedures and processes are adhered to at all times. Meet and greet visitors, staff and contractors and manage the gatehouse environment. Complete daily security tasks, including the use of client software and security CCTV systems Take accurate notes to complete reports, logbook entries and all relevant paperwork to a high standard - including reporting in detail any incidents occurring whilst on duty Conduct searches within the guidelines of company procedures. Carry out routine patrols around the site Operating telephone switchboard Locking and unlocking premises Provide a professional service to the client. Liaison with local authorities including police, emergency healthcare services or even fire extinguishers in case of an emergency Skills & Qualities Required Valid SIA Front Line Licence Valid UK Driving licence IT Skills Previous experience as working Supervisor You will need to evidence your honesty, and reliability and always maintain a sense of pride in your professionalism in delivering excellent customer service.
