We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our audit team as an Assurance Audit Assistant Manager. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality audit work and are committed to building long-term relationships with clients.
About the Role
The primary responsibility of this position is to oversee the delivery of audits, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and integrity. As an Assurance Audit Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for managing your own tasks, collaborating with colleagues, and communicating effectively with senior managers, directors, and partners.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and supervise junior staff members on site, providing guidance and coaching to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
* Maintain a working knowledge of UK and international GAAS, IFRS, UK GAAP, and financial reporting requirements.
* Stay up-to-date with current economic and market trends, identifying potential risks and opportunities for our clients.
* Demonstrate expertise in firm services, issues regarding advice, and regulation and compliance, including anti-money laundering.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Qualified ACA/ACCA/ICAS Qualified or overseas equivalent.
* Educated up to degree level or CTS.
* Proven experience in auditing and financial management.
