You will report to the Senior Manager of Personalisation in LS Eleven’s Decision Science and Data team. As the Personalisation Analyst, you will:
* Deliver the relevant analytics and insight to support the development of our personalisation vision, strategy, and roadmap.
* Support the development and execution of our personalised offers, promotions, and messages capability, to deliver personalised experiences to customers at every touchpoint in their shopping and loyalty journey.
* Work in an Agile and cross-functional team to provide insight and analytics to help define our personalisation capability requirements, in order to achieve our strategic and commercial goals.
* Understand the technology requirements to maximise and improve the impact of personalisation across the digital ecosystem.
* Support the delivery of the personalisation roadmap, in line with agreed quarterly and yearly objectives and key results (OKRs), to achieve LS Eleven’s agreed commercial and strategic KPIs.
* Collaborate with colleagues in technology and product ownership to support defining the requirements and delivery approach where new data and tech integrations are required.
* Provide case studies and data proof points, to support the development of thought leadership on how personalisation can help deliver better results for our customers and our business.
* Design and A/B or MVT test personalised offers, messages, recommendations, and engagement across various channels (email, app, website, media).
* Track the performance of personalisation initiatives and recommend data-driven strategies for improvement.
* Communicate and evangelise the value and purpose of 1:1 personalisation, building awareness and understanding, to gain buy in, and ultimately greater investment in our personalisation capability.
* Stay up-to-date on the latest personalisation trends and technologies.
