This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in developing and maintaining a strong talent pipeline to support large-scale projects across multiple technical disciplines. The Role Key Responsibilities include: Building and maintaining pipelines of qualified candidates for upcoming and active projects Proactively engaging with existing talent in the database to strengthen long-term relationships Reconnecting with previous workers and identifying re-deployment opportunities Conducting proactive outreach to potential candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and referrals Collaborating with senior team members to support end-to-end resourcing across all levels, including offshore roles Staying up to date with labour market trends to inform sourcing strategies The Candidate We're seeking an ambitious and people-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment.
