The business continues to expand rapidly and is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team.
Role
We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Orders Administrator to join a small but dynamic team, supporting the business with customer orders during an exciting period of growth and change. The company is in the process of implementing SAP, and prior experience with SAP is highly desirable.
Main Responsibilities
Processing customer orders received via various channels
Data entry into internal systems, including adjustment of orders based on stock levels
Supporting the team with purchase order updates and order fulfilment coordination
Collaborating with colleagues across planning, stock, and operation teams
Answering incoming phone calls and handling enquiries professionally
Taking a hands-on approach and supporting wider business
Required
Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
A "can-do" attitude and willingness to support others without being prompted
Ability to problem-solve and work flexibly in a busy, evolving environment
Working hours
Full-time / Flexible Hours Considered (Monday to Friday, 8-5)
