We are seeking a highly analytical and technically proficient Data Manager to join a leading secondary school in Warwick. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the integrity and analysis of all student performance data, providing the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) with the "intelligence" needed to drive school improvement and ensure every student reaches their full potential.

* Location: Warwick, Warwickshire (Convenient for M40 and A46 commuters)
* Salary: £32,000 – £38,000 (Dependent on experience)
* Contract: Full-time, Permanent (Year-round)
* Systems: Expertise in SIMS, Arbor, or Bromcom is essential.
Detailed Responsibilities
* Strategic Reporting: Creating bespoke data dashboards for the SLT to track Progress 8, Attainment 8, and student group performance (e.g., Pupil Premium vs. Non-PP).
* Management Information System (MIS): Taking full ownership of the school’s MIS, ensuring data is clean, secure, and compliant with GDPR and DfE requirements.
* Statutory Returns: Leading the completion of all statutory returns, including the School Census, Workforce Census, and Catholic Education Service returns where applicable.
* Assessment Cycles: Coordinating the school’s assessment calendar, ensuring all staff meet data entry deadlines and producing high-quality reports for parents.
