We’re recruiting a Support Worker to work with young people in a specialist education setting in Sutton, supporting pupils to re-engage with learning and rebuild positive routines around education.
This is not a care role. The focus is on guidance, consistency and helping students move forward academically.

Have experience as a Support Worker, youth worker or learning mentor

Are confident supporting SEMH or disengaged learners

Are calm, patient and resilient

Hold a full UK driving licence
