Role: Functional Assessor – PIP & WCA
Location: Hybrid (Oxford-based)
Employment Type:
Full Time WCA + PIP Monday – Friday, No Weekends
Part Time - PIP only (3 or 4 days a week but must commit to full time during training
Salary: £45,300 -£48,000 per annum
This is a non-treatment role where you'll use your clinical knowledge to assess individuals and produce clear, evidence-based reports that support fair and accurate decisions. Whether working from home or in the Oxford assessment centre, you'll be part of a supportive team making a real difference.

Your Requirements
A nurse, OT, Paramedic or Physiotherapist who is working primarily in-patient facing roles dealing with a wide range of clinical conditions. Minimum of 1 year working experience or above. Computer or IT skills are a distinct advantage. Typing or keyboard skills with an ability to type at 35 words per minute.
